Remaster Jam Update #1


Hello gamers, developers, and testers!

This is ChaoticNight07 here. In this devlog, and I am talking about not progress in story, but polishing up of the elements. As I aim to help spread the word of Rinoa Quest, and help myself and Rinoa herself in our debut in the gaming world, I have joined in on a game jam, though I decided to cut down on joining game jams and joined one. For example, if you may have played the earlier public demos, or even beta tested the closed builds, I have wanted to come up with a pattern. As I replace the default tilesets, I also have played builds I have deployed and I wanted to slowly and steadily adjust the stat progression as I wait patiently for Black Friday sales and I purchase a copy of Kokoro Reflections' Spirit of Egypt Tilesets. This is because in part of Rinoa's adventure in the story, she will be travelling into a part of the world inspired off of Ancient Egypt.

I want to further customize the recipes in the cooking system as I use Yanfly's Item Synthesis Plugin, but found myself coming up with random ideas. And as I showed in the new screenshots I've shared, I wanted to further fine-tune what I hope the tilesets in the final version will be as I hoped. Other than that, those past 13 months have been a mix of progress. Despite having limited funds at this time, I have an idea on how the story will progress. Maybe after the part of the story I've finished, Rinoa will be able to command her own Ocean Liner and navigate the seas of Terra Target!

Anyways, before I end this, I will say if you want to become a tester, do let me know, and I will grant you access into the restricted builds.
